How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart
  2. You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.
  • If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” button located on the right side of the screen.
  • If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the “PayPal” button
  1. You will be transferred to our Customer Information Page. You will be prompted to enter: Email address, Name, Address
  2. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the “Coupon code” field located on the top of the screen. Be sure to click on the “Apply” button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
  3. By clicking on “Proceed to Paypal”, you will be direct to Paypal page for payment.
  4. After purchase is made, you will be receiving a receipt of your purchase. Do take note of your “Order number” and “Email” used for item tracking purposes.

HONG KONG ORDERS

We provide free shipping by courier to commercial and industrial addresses. Extra HK$30 will be charged during checkout for delivery to residential address. Deliveries take around 2-4 business days. We will send you an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

We offer regular and express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Deliveries take around 5-12 business days with express courier, and 7-16 business days with postal depending on location. We will send you an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports, and these costs are not covered by payments made to us. We do not charge any return fee. You just need to pay for the shipping expense of returning the order. The shipping expense is deducted from your refund.

30 days from the date of receiving the item(s). Please note that we will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packing materials. Engraved items are not covered by return policy.

We’re vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

If you change your mind or not happy for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging.

Return shipping is not covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
